Debra Lutz
Debra is a senior executive with the unique combination of 17 years experience in CPG Brand Management combined with five years each in restaurant ownership and financial services.
Currently, Debra is taking a brief sabbatical from the workforce to manage the transition of her special needs daughter and her aging mother to their new communities in Phoenix, Arizona. Most recently, Debra was a franchise owner for B.good, a small chain of healthy fast-casual restaurants, where she successful built, operated, and subsequently sold four restaurants in the Philadelphia/S. Jersey Region. Prior to B.good, Debra had a successful career in marketing with blue chip companies, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. During her tenure, she worked on many well-known household brands, including Tylenol, Benadryl, Lactaid, Splenda and Pringles, and held positions in strategic marketing and new product development. She began her career as a CPA and investment banker, working for Ernst & Young. Debra has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Debra and her husband Robert have two adult daughters and live in Phoenix, AZ. In her spare time, Debra likes to travel, go to sporting events, educate herself on NFTs and try out new restaurants! |
