Elsa Uceda

Elsa Uceda joined Victor's Vision in March 2018. She completed her studies at the Instituto Marcelino Chanpagnat de Lima. Elsa has happily celebrated working nearly 40 years as a teacher across various schools in Chulucanas and most recently was the director of the Andres Avelino Caceres del K.M.50 school of Chulucanas. Now, Elsa dedicates all of her time to educating our 4th grade students at at Victor's Vision. We feel lucky to have her vast experience contributing to our program.
