José Saavedra
José Saavedra studied math and physical education at la Universidad de Piura. He joined Victor's Vision in 2013 as the primary 4th grade teacher and has moved up each year with his students, who are in 10th grade as of 2019. As of 2022, he now teaches 8th grade.
José teaches with Victor's Vision because he is committed to educating youth in Chulucanas. As one of the teachers with the the most years at Victor's Vision, we are grateful for the commitment and service José has shared over the years. He has seen his students grow a lot of his many years with the program and is excited to continue teaching as they pursue their dreams of going to university and pursuing various careers. Looking forward, Jose hopes to continue growing as a teacher and improving his craft in order to best teach his students at Victor's Vision.
